1. Am I tied into a long contract?
No set-up fees and no long contact. Cancel when you want.
2. How do I know you will maximise my revenue?
We agree revenue targets from the start. Our commission is based on the targets we agree with you. We only get more commission when we increase revenue. Â
3. What will my guests experience?
All our guest communications are carried out by our staff. We don't employ AI bots like other companies as we think hospitality is about people. Our aim is to get every guest to feel like they would like to return again.
4. What about extra fees like maintenance costs?
As our managmenet teams are local we can often fix or repair small issues. For bigger maintenance issues we have a strong network of local tradesmen who we can co-ordinate and monitor.
5. How do I know you will look after my property ?
Our management team will visit your property in person at least once a week. This ensures that all maintenance and cleaning is to a very high standard. We provide a weekly update to owners regarding any issues.
